Heavy-duty aluminum honeycomb panels adopt aluminum alloy face sheets composited with aluminum honeycomb cores, featuring high specific strength, light weight, sound and heat insulation, weather resistance and corrosion resistance. They mostly used in scenarios with dual requirements for weight reduction and structural strength, such as building curtain walls, rail transit carriages and ship cabins. Such workpieces have strict requirements for pressure uniformity.

Stainless steel doors are fabricated as multi-layer assemblies combining steel face panels with internal cores—typically aluminum honeycomb or fire-retardant paper honeycomb.

Rock wool sandwich panels combine metal face sheets with a mineral wool core.

The chain-track conveying system—10 track cylinders with 52,000 kg lift capacity and 22,500 kg load capacity—requires regular inspection of chain tension, track cylinder seals, and limit switch functionality. Debris accumulation from adhesive residue or panel fragments should be cleared daily to maintain smooth conveying operation.
