They mostly used in scenarios with dual requirements for weight reduction and structural strength, such as building curtain walls, rail transit carriages and ship cabins. Such workpieces have strict requirements for pressure uniformity.
Stainless steel doors are fabricated as multi-layer assemblies combining steel face panels with internal cores—typically aluminum honeycomb or fire-retardant paper honeycomb.
Rock wool sandwich panels combine metal face sheets with a mineral wool core.
5, Easy maintenance and technical support
The chain-track conveying system—10 track cylinders with 52,000 kg lift capacity and 22,500 kg load capacity—requires regular inspection of chain tension, track cylinder seals, and limit switch functionality. Debris accumulation from adhesive residue or panel fragments should be cleared daily to maintain smooth conveying operation.
